The location was excellent for those using Gare Montparnasse, near convenient metro stations, and away from crowded tourist spots. The dining options seemed like a rip off and not very diverse. Overall, the facilities were decent.

Despite being soundproofed, they could use some updating as they seem to be slowly showing signs of wear and tear.
